Watch the zoo’s pumas and Andean bears tear into terrifying treat-filled pumpkins!
Time: Pumas at 1:00 p.m.; Bears at 2:30 p.m.
Pick a Perfect Pumpkin
The first 200 zoo-goers each day can pick and decorate their own Halloween pumpkins at our patch on the Farm.
Be a lion, puma, or bear for Halloween!
Time: Noon–3:00 p.m.
Enjoy a frighteningly good time in the zoo's Wild Room, which will be decorated for Halloween.
Time: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Spooky Animal Presentations
Enjoy spooky animal presentations featuring snakes and other creepy-crawlers on the Farm.
Time: 1:30 and 3:00 p.m.
Stop by treat stations located around the zoo to sweeten your day.
Time: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Halloween Festivities: Thursday, Oct. 31.
Bring your kids to trick-or-treat around the zoo and enjoy crafts, trick-or-treating, and up-close encounters with our animals. Spooky animal presentations will delight children and adults at 1:30 and 3:00 p.m. on the Farm.
Children 12 and under with an adult: be sure to wear your best costume and get in for free Oct. 26, 27 & 31! Want to add a little something to your Halloween ensemble? Don’t miss our face painting, where you can be a lion, puma, or bear in celebration of our animal-themed holiday!
